At the plate, Charlie shows a developed swing. He has a great lead leg lock which allows his body to work well through the hitting zone. He also showed the ability to hit the ball to all parts of the field. On the mound, he has a very good feel for his fastball and has good natural arm side rub. To further develop on the mound, refining his off speed would complete his repertoire as a pitcher.
