Evaluation

Offensively, shows ability to hit to all fields as he lets the ball get deep. Tends to jump at pitches, giving away the outside part of the plate, cutting himself off from showing that all fields approach. Defensively, needs to let the ball travel more to the glove to make for a smoother transfer and stronger throw to 2nd and 3rd base. Could benefit from a more classic catcher ball to ear throwing motion.
