Evaluation

Defensively, Tommy displayed the ability to be very fundamentally sound. Consistently presented his hands and funneled the ball well to the midline. Tommy moves well to his left and right with soft feet. At times throws were inaccurate due to his gloveside mechanics when throwing. He will need to use his front side more effectively to increase IF velocity and improve accuracy of throws. Mechanical throwing adjustments will greatly increase his ability to continue to develop.

Colonial Clash: Smooth actions in the field, gets to the ball very fast with good fundamentals. Smaller frame but makes great contact. Very fundamental swing. Inside out approach and consistently hits line drives.
