Evaluation

October 2025: Young player, but needs to improve. In the infield, he gets the glove to the ball, but has below average arm strength. His feet are slow, approaching the ball more efficiently and working through it my help with the arm strength, making more consistent throws to first. Swing is smooth, but slow. Off balance swing with a big uppercut. Makes contact, but has no power. Has a decent base, definitely needs to make some improrvements to his fielding and swing. Some improvements will happen naturally with growth and maturity, but needs to develop his athleticism.

June 2026: Did a good job overall. Areas to improve are basic footwork in the infield and angles to the ball. Arm is very over-the-top and may have to move to more of a lower angle to get the ball across the diamond at the next level. Level swing, improve bat speed.
