Evaluation

Offensively, Sandro starts tall and stacked and has a tendency to drift towards the ball. This leads to his hands disconnecting from the rest of his body. Still, he was able to backspin the ball the other way consistently. Off the mound, Sandro has a low 3/4 arm slot with plus arm side run. He needs to command his off speed a bit better, has swing and miss potential.
