Needs to improve footwork to become more efficient behind the plate. Working on gaining momentum into the catch will help improve overall quickness and transfer. Offensively, he tends to lose his backside during the swing, which slows the bat through the zone. Staying more grounded and balanced will allow him to generate more explosiveness and drive through the baseball. Overall, he has shown solid potential on both sides of the ball, and with continued development in these areas, he should continue to make strong strides in his game.
Colonial Clash: Showed good footwork and a quick transfer behind the plate. At the plate, stays through the baseball and sprays the ball the other way.
