"Pitching Notes: finding arm speed and leg driving drills will help you create more velocity when pitching. You have a tendency to slow down your arm when throwing a change up, that will be very easy to pick up for college hitters. There are times where your screwball is turning into a rise ball. That’s because your arm is inconsistent with speed and your release. Continue to focus on your mechanics to help become more consistent.Hitting Notes: Keep your hands high while hitting. Staying in your back leg and firing our hands quickly will help create power. We want to stay on the inside of the ball. "
