"Defense Notes: continue focusing on throwing mechanics. You are pushing the ball instead of coming over the top. This causes us to lose power in our throw. Plyo Balls are a great tool for catchers.Try to become less robotic behind the plate. You are very stiff. Finding drills for catching mobility would help you find rhythm behind the plate.Offense Notes: Continue to focus on your leg drive and bat speed. This will help create power when hitting. There is a tendency to cast your hands out and around the ball from time to time. Stay on the inside of the ball instead of reaching for it. "
