Scott Hoffmann

Evaluation

Tall frame with room to fill out in the weight room. Good size and footwork around the base. Quick first step and good his his backhand. On the mound, throws strikes with a repeatable delivery. Offensively uses the opposite field and hand fast hands. Hit the ball to all fields for hits.

Colonial clash 2026: Scott consistently produces loud contact and has the ability to drive the baseball. As he continues learning to better utilize his lower half throughout the swing, his offensive production should continue to improve. Defensively, Scott moves well around first base, covers ground effectively, and demonstrates flexibility while handling throws from infielders. His athleticism provides a strong foundation for continued growth.
